My arm and my leg still hurts from yesterday's p.t. Grr, i had to endure 2 hours of fa qiu. Super boring. The rest dont need fa qiu, left me. Coach finally allowed me to stop serving, and play compe. We played 3 men compe, who win both get $2 each player, means total $4. I played with the new china guy first, i win, then i play with sijun, i win. $4 mine. But, coach wanted the china guy to rematch with me again, if i lose, he minus $1, but in the end i still won. Had p.t again, same as ytd, but push-up 50. After the pushup, my hand hurts more. lol. Just now went to shower, lift my hand up to wash hair, my arm hurts. But, its worth it though. haha. muscle grow bigger alr.

I better go do hmwk now, i aint done it and didnt even bother to see what was there.
